Lab winterization machine include Reactor, freezer, vacuum filter and Rotary Evaporator.
Whole process as follow.
1. Load the extracts and 95% food grade ethanol into the reactor for mixing, the heater need to work during mixing, in this way, extracts will mix with ethanol well.
2. Load mixture from 1st process into freezer for 12-24 hours. The freezing temperature is -60 ℃ to -80℃. Fat and wax will precipitate at low temperature.
3. Use vacuum filter to remove fat and wax.
4. Use rotary evaporator to evaporate then ethanol and the ethanol also can be reused. Then you can get liquid oil finally.
