300L (150L x 2 ) Supercritical CO2 Extraction Project Will Be in Turkey

This month a customer who is from Turkey ordered a set of 300L CO2 extraction machine from us. Customer use the 300L co2 Extraction machine to do essential oil extraction.

150Lx 2 co2 extraction machine include 2 sets of 150L extractor and 3 sets of separator.

The two extractor are used alternately, this can save co2 and increase extraction efficiency. The three separator can ensure no extracts is wasted.

The machine can process 50-55 KG of dried and grinded raw materials each batch. Regarding the oil yield, this is easy to calculate, just multiply the original oil content in the raw material by 95%, because the extraction efficiency of co2 extraction machine is 95%.

The dimension of 150Lx 2 co2 extraction machine is 8.5 x 4 x 6 (meter, L x W x H). Electrical requirements are 110 KW 300 amps breaker. The actually co2 consumption is 8.75 KG per hour and electrical consumption is 80 KW per hour.
