Ultrasonic Solvent Extraction and Concentration Equipment

Ultrasonic extraction and Concentration equipment consists of two parts: extraction part and concentration part.

Extraction part is equipped with stirrer and ultrasonic device. The built-in stirrer keeps solvent and material in good contact and prevents clogging. Ultrasonic device will greatly speed up the reaction speed, usually the frequency of ultrasonic is 20 KHz.

Concentration part is equipped with stirrer and vacuum pump. Vacuum pump will produce vacuum condition and speed up the evaporation, the built-in stirrer will let solvent to be heated evenly.

Between the extraction part and the concentration part is the condenser, the evaporated solvent will enter into extraction tank from concentration tank automatically, it will much save solvent.
